To be a coach at the top level of your sport is an arduous task with many different components or issues to master and overcome every week.
What if you could rest easy knowing that your players were improving their components of fitness (strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility) and in effect improving their overall performance come match day?
We may hold the answer.
Coming soon to NM Sports Performance will be it's fitness testing and monitoring service.
Allow us to come in once every 6 weeks to test your team in a battery of field tests and provide you with a season long fitness profile showing player improvement or even "social loafing" (players not giving that 100%) and giving you that edge on identifying burnt-out players. This service will allow you to optimise your fitness sessions and produce top performances throughout the season.
